Any information you give us is held in strict confidence, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.




• Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times for items on our website vary by item. Feature items and special promotions will ship within the time indicated on that item when your selection is made, usually within 3 days, if the item doesn’t have a number of days indicated, your order will leave our factory within 14 working days. Saturday and Sunday do not constitute a working day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.




• Return Policy

• You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, return it to us within 30 days of receipt, we will either replace it free of charge, issue a refund or credit your account for the complete purchase price (shipping charges are not refundable). Simply return the merchandise along with the packing slip found in your order to the address shown on the package slip.  We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
